Title: Woody's Cook out
Post by: EmmaH on January 11, 2017, 05:07:02 PM
Hello, for all our visits to DLP Woody's cook out has always been closed but this year it will be open.

It looks great so we are excited to try it. Is it a good place to eat?

Hey

Do you mean the cowboy cook out?
I really like the cowboy cook out. It is a quick service with a good atmosphere and a life country band if you are lucky.
The food is tex mex, I really liked it the last time I eat there but that was almost 4 or 5 years ago.

You can find the menu here: http://www.dlpguide.com/planning/dining/restaurant-menus/cowboy-cookout-barbecue/

That's the one it looks really nice and a fun place to eat.

Can't wait to try it. Not sure there will be a live band when we go later this month that sounds like a peak time service.
Thanks
Emma

I went to DLP late September 2014.  Cowboy Cookout was only open one day I was there - my last day, which was a shame as it's one of my favourite DLP eateries and I would have liked to have gone more than once.  There wasn't a band playing but they had one bloke playing the banjo and another the guitar outside and they were great.  Here's a photo of them  :)
