Hi, I remembering reading about WDW you could have a birthday badge if you are celebrating your birthday even if it's not during your trip (mine is 1 month later). Can you still ask for a badge at Paris?
Yep, just pop to City Hall ;D
Its my wifes Birthday on Wednesday :) Other than picking up a badge for her can anyone recommend anything else to make the day special :)
We are going Cafe Mickey for lunch and have a birthday cake boooked. Kids are so excited :D
Are you staying on-site? If so, email your hotel or tell them at check-in it's your wife's birthday and she may get a treat in the room on the day.
Make sure she wears the badge where people can see it, she'll get a LOT of birthday high-fives and best wishes ;D
I was going to ask a similar question my son's 10th birthday is the day we arrive and my daughters birthday is also whilst there. She may be 23 but she is a big kid and the last Disney holiday she had was when she was 8 in Florida. She has never been to DLP. Very exciting trip.
When we went in 2014 it was my youngest daughters birthday. I had emailed the hotel beforehand and gotten no response at all. But when we arrived and checked in, they gave my daughter a voucher to go into the hotel shop and choose from a few things as a birthday treat. Then on the actual day of her birthday when we got back to the room, she had a birthday certificate from 'all your friends at the Sequoia Lodge' and some chocolate coins and a mini Hound plush ;D
Always worth a try! x
It's my daughters birthday the week before we go, does this mean she can get a birthday badge?
It's my birthday present my trip on 5th december but my birthday isn't until 29th december, does this still apply to me can I gain extras for it being my birthday month (and my most expensive birthday present ever) :)
I'm not sure what the 'cut off' is if you see what I mean? But when we went last year on 12th November, we went to sort out our Annual Passports and the lady serving us said happy birthday to me (5th Nov) then to my youngest (1st Nov) and then to my eldest (7th Oct!!!). Then she gave all 3 of us a certificate, a Mickey Mouse phonecall, and told us to go to City Hall with a note she had written. When we got there we got another phonecall (it seemed rude to decline) and a birthday badge. So fingers crossed you'll be fine! (My husband was incredibly jealous, he's a March baby lol)
I'm glad I found this thread! I'm taking my son as a complete surprise for his 4th Birthday in December. I hadn't even thought about emailing the hotel.
I've book a holiday for both my sons' 2nd and 6th birthday ( there 4 days apart) we arrive the day after my eldest birthday. I love birthday badges for them. I don't see an email address for he hotel, we are staying at Hotel Cheyenne. Does anyone know the email address.
