Hi all,
We will be back at DLP in December and I want to plan to do some things we haven't done before. One of these is to visit Crockett's Saloon at DCR, as we've been passed it a million times but never even poked our heads in the door!
Although we're not staying there, we'll be dining at Crockett's Tavern (one of our favourite Disney experiences!) so want to also sit and have a drink at the Saloon, maybe shoot some pool, etc., but I would need to know when it opens (all day / just evenings, etc). If anybody is currently staying there maybe you could check it out for me?!
Beyond this, I would love to receive your suggestions of things you might do that are a little bit different, so I can surprise the family... ;) ;D
Thanks :)
I was thinking of dining at Davy Crockett too, but was wondering if you're allowed to park there when you're not staying at that resort.

Yes, there's a car park at the main site, where the reception, shop, restaurant, etc. are. you just obviously can't park at the cabins! :D
Pre-book though, as security stop everyone at the gate, usually expecting to see a hotel reservation form, but tell them you've got a table booked and they check then let you through...

Great! Was thinking that the reservation would be key. Thanks for your quick answer.
Perhaps book tickets for the Panoramagique? I've not done it myself but I'm planning on it for my next trip. Apparently it's supposed to be a really good experience to see the resort from such a different angle. I'd probably do it in the evening for all of the lights.

Great idea! (quite an obvious one but I still hadn't thought of it at all! :) )
Does nobody know the Crockett's Saloon opening hours, lol? I thought this would be an easy one :D
