Title: AP renewal help please xx
Post by: seraphelle on September 08, 2016, 03:17:10 PM
Hi peeps,

I just wondered if anyone knew if you can renew annual passports in the park for people not with you at that time?

Husband and I are going (without the kiddoes!!!) for a weekend in November, and as it happens our AP's will run out the following week so we are going to renew whilst there and sign up for monthly payments if possible. It just occurred to me we might not be able to do the kids ones as they won't be with us at the time.

Does anyone know by any chance?

Cheers,

xx

It is not possible to renew AP's in the park if the holder of the AP is not present.
Stupidly enough you can renew the AP's via mail (which obviously will not have them present either when they process the renewal).
I think it's best if you take the AP's with you, along with their passports (everything you otherwise would have to copy and mail them) and just try. Who knows what the CM on duty will say. It's always worth a try!

Good thinking  ;)

If I fill the forms out as well just in case, then I guess I can 'post' them for the kids passes whilst over there if they won't do it.

Thanks  :D
