Title: Upgrading hotel
Post by: stormflm595 on July 23, 2016, 06:53:00 PM
Hi all!

Ive booked Santa Fe hotel for next September but whilst watching a Disneyland Paris vlog on YouTube, I really want to upgrade, either to the Sequoia Lodge again or to try the  Newport Bay or Hotel New York.

Is this possible? We booked under the 2 nights 2 days free offer on the official website.

Thanks in advance!

Yes, phone customer services. You should just have to pay the difference with no other fees

How exciting! Think I'm going to upgrade to the Newport Bay with a lake view room as a surprise for my partner :) do you know if you can pay this in installments?

I'm so glad that everyone's review of it has been positive! It was a really hard choice between NBC and NY but I'd been hearing that NY had been looking rather tired and dated inside so I went with NBC :) Hoping our room will come with a small balcony, will be lovely to sit in the evenings overlooking the lake with a drink :)
