I've been thinking for a while about getting a annual pass. is there any way I can get one and book tge hotel without going all tge way to disney to collect it?

Yes you can apply through the post, see the annual pass questions and answers thread it will explain more. Alternatively DLPGUIDE has info on how you apply through the post (link on top of the page).

Can relax then as not able to take advantage of it as I thought you had to book by 30th but take the trip whenever & I wasn't getting my card until the 24th July.
