Title: Dining half board milk/dairy free and gluten avoidance? Am I crazy?
Post by: SarahAndSquirrel on April 22, 2016, 11:56:36 AM
Aside from missing out on both dole whip and Mickey waffles, will I have a hideous challenge ahead?
Also, are the servers out there good English speakers to communicate my dietary problems?
Because I am not celiac, I can have small amounts of gluten/wheat, for instance, in sauces or crispy chip coatings and things without a reaction, but a couple of bites of bread or pasta really triggers hideous migraines.
Also, i can have eggs, but do they associate dairy free with eggs if i say dairy free as apposed to milk product free, as I can't really have my options minimised any more!

DLP doesn't have either mickey waffles or dole whip (WDW favourites) but you should maybe look at the menus section on the DLP Magic site (link at the top of this page) for what food will be available in the different restaurants

Oh I thought they had both at DLP now! My mistake! But thank you, I'll check out the menus, it might shine a light on Amy choices I have to make and be equipped in advance.
