Title: Star Wars Build A Droid

Hi All

We're off to DLP for my 40th at the end of May yah!

Now that Star Tours is closed for refurb, and I hear that the Star Wars themed gift shop is also closed has anyone seen Build A Droid (where you build your own R2D2 figure) available elsewhere in the park?

sorry when we were there the only place to get the star wars things apart from tshirts was in that gift shop, same as POTC i could only buy my Mickey pirate there as no where else sold them :(

Disney Store in Disney Village - smaller selection though. I was gutted as I wanted to do one with minnie ears and they had ran out.

Thanks for the info, you'd think they'd make sure not to miss a trick with merch and make the whole range available, particularly when it's a park exclusive like Build A Droid.

I did read I  someoNe's post that it had been Moved to world if disney in tge village.  not sure how accurate that is though

Disney Village it is, fingers crossed I can get my fix. I shall report my sucess/failure for fellow Build A Droid collectors.

Polar Vixen - that would be me - it was there on the 18th March because I made a Goofy Hat droid. It was near where the other Star Wars march was. As I say the selection was limited so it may be the case they were trying to sell the stock.

Well I hope there are some left when I visit at the end of May.
It does seem daft to me not to maximise the Star Wars merch even if the ride is closed.

They had lots of the bodies it was just the Disney character hats! I am hoping that they might do a BB-8 as well as R2D2. That would make me the happiest lady alive.

Here is a link to the current droid parts that I know of, it would be great to update these with new TFA characters, can't imagine Disney won't add these in when the new Star Tours opens next year
