Title: What's the longest you've been on the phone for to DLP?

What's the longest you've been waiting to speak to an adviser for when calling Disneyland Paris?

I am on the restaurant reservation line and have now been waiting just over an hour.

I know it's the Easter holidays but I'm losing the will to live.

;)

My previous record was about 20 minutes to the main UK number.

EDIT: I had to give up after 1 hour and 15 mins, as I have to get ready for work.

Thank you as I was planning on calling this afternoon, but I think I'll give it a miss now!

I hope you get through quickly.  An hour is ridiculous!

It's crazy at the moment. I can't seem to find the open hours of the reservation line. It's not on my holiday paperwork or on the DLP site that I can see.  :-\

2,5 hours to try and get tickets for Buffalo Bills Wild West Show with AP discount.

I've given up and emailed after 10 minutes.

I work 7am-8pm most days so I can never really book in quieter time if at all.

Yes it's always pretty slow unfortunately my longest call was about 2 hours, now i do online unless there's a specific reason I need to call DLP they need more advisors I mean I bet their jaws ache by the time they finish  ::)

I always got straight through, i was calling either at around 6pm local time or on a sat afternoon! Guess I just got really lucky!

Just conducted an online chat with a holiday booking advisor on the DLP UK site and asked about the restaurant reservation line:

QuoteYOU: Hello. I've already booked our trip but would you be able to tell me what days and times the restaurant reservation telephone line is open please?

DEBBIE: The dine agents are available at 0033160304050 and the phone lines are open 24 /7.

That is excellent news. I shall be phoning much later tonight then.

I phoned the restaurant reservation line just now (10:36pm) and got through straight away! Woohoo! In total I was on the phone 5 minutes.  ;D
