Orbitron is usually open as well.

Thanks, do you have any recommendations of the rides and attractions to go to first during the magic hours at either park or the studio?

There are not usually Extra Magic Hours at the Studios.

At Parc Disneyland I would suggest Space Mountain Mission 2 if you're into that. Otherwise Buzz Lightyear's Laser Blast and Dumbo are good choices. Towards 09:30-09:45 consider queueing up for Princess Pavilion tickets.

In February 2016 the following were open
Carousel
Teacups
Dumbo
Pinochio
Orbtron
Buzz
Space Mountain

At 9.45 pick one of the closed rides / areas to queue up at, as at 10am all the rides and lands open. My first morning I was in the first boat at 10am on Pirates and on my second morning I was in the first rotation in Autopia

If you're at the park for 8am, go to Dumbo and the rides in Fantasyland first - those queues usually fill up quicker than Discoveryland. When you finished Fantasyland, do the rides in Discoveryland.
