hey
i have some questions about the valet service.
We're staying at Hotel New York, Empire State Club.
And the Disney website says that there is a valet service included in our booking.
But we're not used to having this, so we don't really know how it works.
Anyone that can explain it to me?

You just pull up to the hotel entrance, give your keys to the valet guys, let them know what cases and bags should be going to your room and then let them do the rest :)

Nope, it's the first thing you do when you drive up to the hotel entrance. You stop the car beside them and they will have a trolley waiting for your luggage. They will then take it away and park your car while you check in, hand over your ticket they give you for luggage and it will be in your room possibly before you. 👍🏻
