I'm going to euro Disney for the first time in June and I'm staying at the Sequoia Lodge and it says that the swimming pool will be closed that week. Can we use other swimming pool facilities at other hotels?

I don't think so, I'd email DLP and ask you can always change hotel if needs be?
As far as I am aware you cannot, unless it is something advised before hand due to a big refurb, but when the pools are just closed for general maintence you can't.
However I agree with emailing to find out.
