Do any of the standard rooms overlook the park or is it just the Castle Club rooms  :)

In terms of actual park view - no they don't - the centre of the hotel houses only suites and Castle Club rooms. You can see odd bits and bobs such as the fireworks and Space Mountain from certain rooms but it's by no means a park view and it isn't good enough to watch Dreams from. Out of all the rooms I would guess probably no more than 30 have a slight view as the East Wing is much smaller than the West.

I've stayed in the DLH 9 times and will be Castle Club park view in March.

If you do want to watch Dreams from indoors try one of the restaurants as they have direct views from certain tables.

omg, Im back home and I miss it already. The Disneyland Hotel is amazing and I miss it already.

My room was perfect and I was sooo happy, I had a view of the park and caste. I was in room 1330,  reception side (East Wing) of the hotel, third floor and I had a balcony.

This is where my room was on the map

This is my room looking up from the ground

The view of Dreams was obstructed through the trees and I could only see the fireworks and animations that were high up at the top of the castle. I could hear the music and soundtrack but not very loud.

As a novelty factor, for me, staying for the first time in Disneyland Hotel, I was really happy that I could see and hear Dreams from my room. I didnt pay for Disneyland Hotel originally, I got an upgrade, so I did not have any high expectations.

As a standard room I think I would be happy with that view if I was booking Disneyland Hotel again. BUT there are very few rooms like mine, I would say only the room above me with a balcony and the 2 corresponding rooms on each of the other 3 corners of the hotel, a total of 8 rooms would have that view.  I just got lucky , . Also my room just had 1 double bed and a sofa, which may or may not fold out as an extra bed. Most likely the other corner rooms are the same, so not really suitable for more than 2 people or 2 people with a small child.

If anyone wants to try to request these rooms, the room numbers are

East Wing
Third Floor = 1330 - Fantasia Gardens side
Third Floor = 1318 - Main Street Train Station side

Fourth Floor = 1430 - Fantasia Gardens side
Fourth Floor = 1418 - Main Street Train Station side

West Wing
Third Floor = 3344- Fantasia Gardens side
Third Floor = 3334- Main Street Train Station side

Fourth Floor = 3444 - Fantasia Gardens side
Fourth Floor = 3434 - Main Street Train Station side
