Hi if I call to make a reservation at each of the above restaurants will they give me like a reference or booking number so that when we go we have proof of the reservation ?

Normally no, but you can always ask for one?
They usually confirm at the end of the phone call what you have booked.

i was told that the concierge at our hotel would give us the list of reservations we had made so i suppose that is proof of your booking if you take it with you to the restaurant.

Hi, you won't get a reference number or anything (I have asked a few times before just for peace of mind!) but you will be able to get a print out of your reservations from your hotel or City Hall when you arrive
