Hi visiting mid Feb and was wondering if any park schedules been released yet? Visiting 12-16th Feb with wedding anniversary on the 14th!! So excited!

Yes the park schedules can be found on the official website, this is Monday 1 February http://www.disneylandparis.co.uk/calendars/park-hours/2016-02-01/ just scroll forward to whatever day you need

Entertainment programmes are released weekly.
So no, for your date nothing is released yet.
Just check the official Disneyland Paris website.
