There is a price list on the net.
Hope it helps.

Café Mickey breakfast is €17 per guest. Add €5 per guest if staying in a partner hotel, or add €8 per guest if staying at Davy Crockett Ranch and you have not chosen a meal plan. Adults and children all pay the same price.

Can you not eat at Cafe Mickey for breakfast if you're staying off site?

Good question. I don't know is the answer – but I expect if you can it'd probably cost €25 per guest.
