Restaurant opening times are usually released in 3 month blocks, currently the opening times for January, February and March are online here http://disneykindofday.blogspot.nl/2015/04/restaurant-opening-hours-disneyland.html
You will need to keep a watch on that site the last few days in March for the April, May, June hours to be published
You can book ADR from 60 days before arrival date, so I'm sure if you ring the Dining Reservations number in March they will be able to tell you if you can make an ADR for a particular restaurant, even if the hours are not published online yet.
The evening fireworks will start at park closing. Park hours up to Thursday 7 April are on http://www.disneylandparis.co.uk/calendars/park-hours The park closes at 10pm on 7 April so Dreams ( Fireworks ) will start at 10pm You will need to keep checking the park calender for days after 7 April
The parade and shows times are published here http://www.disneylandparis.co.uk/entertainment/shows-and-parades-in-disneyland-parks/ They publish them a week in advance, so currently the times listed are for the week 8 January to 15 January

I'm in the same dilemma. Also going say week in March. Never been to DLP so don't wanna miss them. I check the site daily for when park opening hours.

5.30pm, its been like that for a few years (special days excl), and that wont change.
Parade is and will stay at 5.30pm daily

I found a great ebook if you are going with small kids. She goes through the rides and gives suggested day plans. An expat mums unoffical guide to disneyland paris. I think there is an app as well but ive not downloaded it yet ;D

I've visited nearly 70 times and have been an Annual Passport holder for 7 years now.
I am a shareholder, currently they don't allow new shareholders.
That's unfair. Why have they stopped? Will they start again?

Because of the slow take-over by TWC.
They might start in the future, you never know.
