I'm going to DLP on 28th Dec. First visit and although we'll be eating at the Explorers hotel to save some money, we would like to treat ourselves a bit on the last night (30th) but within our budget.

When I went to buy I could only work out how to add 2 adult vouchers to my basket, then it looked like I needed to pay and then add 2 child vouchers and pay them separately. Did anyone else have this? Then when booking is it ok to book for 4 people? (Sorry if I'm being dumb!)
You have to use their site to book and you can add multiple groupon codes together to book together (so it doesn't matter if adult and kids ones are brough seperately initially).
It was rather complicated but worth it!

Yes I had to buy them in separate transactions, 2 adults and the 2 kids! X

Didn't realise you needed to book in advance though...thought could walk in and grab a table.
How far in advance would you have to book. Not sure what evening we'd want to eat there.
Check the vouchers but I think it said you'd have to book. We're not going till april but the night we orginally, the times we wanted were already booked up. So id say book sooner rather than later!

How do you know what time you want to eat?! Is it much walking to get to PH from the park?
Most Groupon offers require advance booking to redeem.
Planet Hollywood is at the near end of Disney Village as you come from the park. 5 minutes leisurely walk from the exits.
If booking today (15th) the first reservation I can make is for the 18th, though sunday 17th is marked as fully booked.
I've just tried to book and am getting an error on checkout process :-\
Finally managed to book the vouchers - it runs out today and bookings are available up to 30 April. It was fairly straightforward in the end and when I went to reserve I just needed to type in all the codes and it now comes up with a booking for all 4 vouchers. fingers crossed all ok when we get there! we've booked for the afternoon of our last day before we head home on the train.

If i understand the site correctly it is any burger plus a drink per adult and the same for kids is that right or do kids get a dessert as well?
Has anyone used this coupon yet? we are travelling next month so not sure if this is worth it or buying the other offer for 68€ which gives you anything off the menu.

Ok just gone on to do the planet hollywood vouchers with groupon but you have to buy the vouchers before you can make the booking so how can i confirm that they have the availability that i want as we only want to use them on our last day!!! any advice??

Just a note on the check first link - I did that then there wasn't actually availability for the time I wanted (20:15 with park close at 19:00 that day) for our group of 3. We got the next day easiliy but some flexibility is needed :-)
That's not good. If it comes to there being no availability after purchase (the entire time of our stay is now booked, but we already have our reservation) then Groupon are pretty good and refunding the voucher. Especially if you get back to them straight away. I was able to reserve about 20mins after purchase.

I checked on the groupon link and it was showing the time i wanted as available but is it better to book first with planet hollywood then?

I am trying to book via groupon, and i have checked the avilabilty and it is there for when we want it but i cant seem to hold the time, so do you book then confirm the date etc or do you confirm the date etc before you book?

Buy the vouchers and then in your account they will show after a little while and give you the chance to book. So buy , wait a little bit, check Groupon account and then book time via Groupon site. Pm if still not working and I'll log onto a laptop and see properly the steps.

There were about 5 different burgers to choose from on the 'groupon' menu they gave us. The only one I can remember was the cheese and bacon burger which I had. They all looked very nice though!
