So some of you may remember my post a couple of weeks back where I'd had problems with deposits for dlp, with more money being taken and rude staff. Well I decided to write them an email about the shoddy service and rude person. Their reply took a bit longer than usual, which is fair considering the amount of emails they must've had regarding recent events. However they have apologised for what happened and have offered us a free character breakfast!
I wasn't expecting anything but an improvement in their call centre staff manners but I'm so happy with this service!
