Hi all
flying to DLP in feb for my sisters birthday and i want to take a birthday badge (with a safety pin on the back) does anyone know if it's ok to put in my case when flying, some things are classed as prohibited i've google it and looked on the airline website but can't find anything just wondered if anyone had took one with no problems
thanks
I can't imagine that'd be a problem - we travel to DLRP all the time with many, many pin badges, and never been questionned. The limits on "blades" are always those over a certain length...
Yes that's fine as long as it's under 6cm long.
Yes it's fine - I accidentally left hairspray in my case to America and they didn't tell me off. Plus I have taken badges, scissors and pins before and nothing has ever been said (I'm talking over 30 holidays worth of pins and scissors).
Thanks for all your replies everyone
just the way the world is right now i wasn't sure x x
Hi, I work as airport security! 8)
Yes, you can take badges through in cabin/hold luggage. Just take it off before you walk through the metal detector.
Hope this helps!
