Cafe mickey menu there's two options listed under plus menu ... one is just starter and main, the other is starter main and dessert ... are they both plus? Or is the latter premium?

We were there in October and we had the 3 courses plus a drink for our plus vouchers. Hope this helps.

Starter, main, and dessert plus a soft drink are included in Plus vouchers at Café Mickey and indeed everywhere else where they are fully accepted.
