it will be half board standard but you can use on most buffet a or pay tge extra if you want to eat somewhere else. it's still a saving
Yes that will be standard.
Valid at Crockett's Tavern, La Cantina, Chuck Wagon Café, La Grange at Billy Bob's, Restaurant des Stars, Café Agrabah, Buzz's Pizza Planet, and Plaza Gardens for a buffet meal and drink (unlimited drinks at select locations).
Valid at all other Disney restaurants with a possible supplement.

How much approx would I be looking to top up?
Going to ring up & book bbqw to so do you know how much extra that would be on top of our standard half board?

No idea what a "bbqw" is I'm afraid.
The vouchers have a value of €27 per adult guest and €14 per child guest (age 3-11) so if you choose to use them at a restaurant which isn't on the list I posted above, the cast member will simply deduct the amount of the voucher from your bill when it's time to pay. Note that no change is given and there is a limit of one voucher per guest per meal.
The above values are valid for stays commencing up to and including 31/3/16.
