Title: Missing a reservation?

I've just pre booked some restaurants at Disney and realised that I won't be able to make one of them. I know thus keep the tables for 15 minutes, but is there a penalty for missing a reservation? It's so expensive to call France on a mobile and I've already called than twice. Thanks :)

Absolutely nothing! We were late arriving back from Paris and so we missed ours and theres nothing they can do. Generally there will always be someone who will take your place.

Thanks! I was getting worried they charge us. I know in America they have a $10 fine and wondered if it was the same in Paris

As far as I know, that rule only counts for the more upper class restaurants, where they need your credit card information when making a reservation. Otherwise they couldn't charge you any penalty.

The reservations aren't even linked to your hotel room in Paris so there's literally no way they can fine you.

This reservation was for Plaza Gardens with a full board plus meal plan, they haven't taken any credit cards details at the moment. I told them which hotel I was staying in, but they didn't have a room number and I don't know it at the moment

Don't worry - just tell them when you arrive. We were waiting in a huge queue to get into Walts and we just left and went elsewhere. Nothing happened. They still get your money either way.

They only do that in the American Disney resorts. They've never asked for my credit card details at Disneyland Paris.

So, you don't need to worry about it. :)
