Could someone please tell me the closing time of the disney village late January?

I don't think there is one closing time - each retailer / restaurant differs. We stayed in King Ludwigs until about 12am. The Cinema even later the film ended at 1am.
It doesn't so much close as start to wind down. There won't be many people around after midnight.
last week it was until 1am. But again, some shops/bars/restaurants will already close. You can always get a night cap at one of the hotel bars which are normally open until the same time. But it being DLP, times can change. So best is to look at the daily openings hours and take that into consideration. Last week, we took one night "off" and went in to the Disney Village around 19, had dinner, did some shopping and were back at the hotel by 22.
