Hi,

I've found the Nertherland website the cheapest for me... but how to pay?!

If I go through my bank and pay in Euros they add on a lot of fees. Someone suggested XE.com

Any ideas?!

Phone them and make it directly. Point that you want to book the crossover offer for Netherlands.
You'll use credit card for payment, if you have one.
They take a down payment (about 12%), the rest 30 days before visit.
There are no fees.

Payment needs to be by credit or debit card. If your bank charges high fees, then just pay the deposit now and open an account with a bank that has no fees before the final payment is due.
