Hi so we've never ever stayed of-site but I'm aware some hotels have a complimentary shuttle bus to and from the parcs? Looking at a very last minute trip for 2 nights 2-4 September on a budget. Not looking for tickets included but preferably breakfast we need a room for 2 adults, 1 child (wheelchair user) so lifts in hotel is a must.
Any help id really appreciate Thankyou :)
We've stayed in the Dream Castle a number of times and it was great. Very clean and spacious rooms. We've just booked a last minute trip going this Wednesday and looked to stay in the Dream Castle again, but it worked out cheaper to book a late deal staying at the Sequoia Lodge through the French website as they had a late booking deal maybe worth a look??
As for the shuttle bus it's literally a couple of minutes to the parks, I don't find it any different to the travelling between the Disney hotels.
Thanks for the advice :) I think the sequioa package will be out of my price range ATM but will def look!mthablyou and have an awesome time I love the sequoia lodge :)
Hi pixiedust! Have you considered an apartment or do you have your heart set on a hotel? We stay at the HiPark suites at Serris and find it really convenient. They have a complimentary shuttle bus (takes around 10 mins) and have lifts. You can pay extra for breakfast or you can bring your own food and make it yourself in your apartment which is what we tend to do :)
I'm staying in a partner hotel for the first time next week. I would love to know peoples opinions on the Dream Castle Hotel.
:)
I stayed one night at the Radisson Blu which is located next to the Disneyland Golf terrain. It's easily reachable from the park by car. But having stayed at Sequoia Lodge and New York Hotel previously, it felt a bit weird to stay in a 'normal' hotel when visiting Disneyland. There's simply no magic to it. Next to that the rooms are bit dated (cigarette stains on the curtains for example) and the swimming pool is very small.
I have stayed at all four partner hotels and they were all very good, the only downside is they are not Disney themed.
The breakfast was good, the rooms were clean and spacious .
All four hotels were wheelchair friendly.
The Adagio is an apartment hotel. They serve breakfast, but for the best value take your own breakfast with you - there is a kitchen in each apartment. There is a free bus from a couple of minutes walk away - serves most of the hotels in Serris.
The Sejours et Affairs also has apartments and for one or two nights will work out cheaper - I'm not sure how far the bus stops from this hotel.

I'll look this one up also thanks :) if it has microwave so can heat milk up I'll take wheatabix for my little fella that's fine!
Thankyou all so much for your comments and suggestions I will take them on board :)
We've never ever stayed of-site and we are extremely lucky to be such reguar visitors to DLP and have a 5 day sequioa lodge stay this year still to go and DLH next year booked.
Things at home have been difficult and just thought (as my sons school is of for first week sept staff training I didn't know!) that we could possibly afford to stay of-site for a night or 2 have a one day visit to the park and maybe some sightseeing?
Funny thing is when I mentioned my idea to a friend they said they have a relative who has an apartment in Paris (not exactly sure where as yet) shes living in Canada and its empty right now so that'd be free. But I'm not sure how far Disneyland is from there as we've never been into central Paris before so this also is something to consider....

The Adagio has Microwave (with grill), fridge (with small icebox), four ring hob, sink and DISHWASHER!!
The Sejours has all of the above, with the exception of a dishwasher.
We always take a toaster.
Both hotels have lifts.
The Adagio is more expensive unless your staying for more than 4 or 10 nights (price per night is lower, the longer you stay) - we usually stay 10 nights as its cheaper than a week!
Seriously!? Hmm I must look into this and they can have a lot longer to explore Paris as all the years I've been going to DLP never have I been anywhere else in the vicinity ::) thanks again! I'm going to check it out right away!
Yep the Hipark has microwaves! And a toaster which is what we get the most use out of :) also has hot plates and I think there is a dishwasher too but we've never used it. Definitely recommend it, it's the only way we can afford 4 or 5 visits a year
I'm not the only one who likes to visit regulary then!? :D it's addictive I cannot wait to go back "home"
Thanks a microwave and toaster wouldbe more than enough I wouldn't know how to use a dishwasher as don't own one! So I'll leave that well alone :)
Just checked prices on hotels.com for our 10 day stay next August -
Sejours - £581
Adagio - £653
Hipark - £1900
So, have a play around with dates and durations for all the hotels and see which is the best deal for you.

Haha that's why we have never used it! And it is highly addictive, I am so looking forward to our next visit especially after WDW, it has made me appreciate our "home" even more
Does anyone know what time shuttles start and how frequent? :)
The Adagio Apparthotel is good - we stayed there in Decemeber and though its comparitively basic, the facilities included are decent (dishwaasher was very appreciated!) it has a swimming pool and the shuttle buses are pretty regular - you can also walk stright through to Disney Village in around 20 mins if you miss the last one. The whole Serris/Val D'Europe area is lovely.
We've also stayed at the Explorers' Hotel which we all absolutely loved - possibly our favourite Disney hotel so far, and again, free shuttle busses are regular. Breakfast was a step up fro Santa Fe/Cheyenne as well :)
Only disadvantage to the "partner" hotels is no EMH, which is a drag...
I stayed at Kyriad and explorers hotel. Both great hotels. We are staying at explorers again in october.
Shuttle bus is fine. At explorers it starts first when leaving to the park and it also first stop when going back.
EMH is not for these hotels but if you have an annual pass then you will still have EMH
Just got back from the dream castle hotel. I must say its a stunning hotel. The rooms were excellent. We used the shuttle bus but I must say it was very manic so be prepared to wait around or squish yourself on the bus.

Hi chicks99 so glad you had a great time and said hotel was stunning, we are off there Thursday and after reading some reviews last night I was starting to worry!
Few questions if you could answer that would be great! Was there kettle in the room? I don't know if you used the pool but were there towels or do I need to take some. Did you eat in the hotel at all how did you find it?
Thanks

Hello Jo68!
I was in the same situation as you. I was slightly worried but after staying there, I was happily surprised. The room are large and clean. We had a kettle, coffee, tea and milk in our room. Unfortunately, I didnt get a chance to use the swimming pool or eat in the hotel. The hotel provided towels in the room but they were a bit rough.
I hope you have a lovely time! Any other questions, let me know ;D
Thanks for replies guys I didn't end up going I ended up being too poorly to go!
Glad I didn't book anything though :) least I didn't loose my money I guess.

Here are the times for HiPark Serris:
Departs HiPark: 08:50,09:06,09:23,09:30,09:46,09:54,09:57,10:03,10:08,10:36,10:56,11:06,11:20,11:41,12:34,13:33,14:33,15:33,16:33,17:33,18:50,19:23,20:18,21:48
Departs Disneyland:09:00,09:15,10:15,11:20,12:16,15:00,16:00,17:00,18:00,18:30,18:50,19:1,19:33,19:55,20:30,21:00,21:287,22:00,22:30,23:00,23:30
No bus to get you to the Park for 08:00 but the walk is pleasant enough and only around 10 minutes, we do it back and forth regularly as (with all shuttles I think!) the crowd after Dreams can be manic.
Thanks <3 looking forward to trying out a partner hotel!

Yes.
I stay in Kyriad every time, and we do EMH, and there are busses so you can get to the park even before 8am.
Timetables are at the hotel stop, at the check-in counter, and also when leaving the park where you take the bus is a time table to see what time you can get back to the hotel.
we loved Explorer's! it does have the free shuttle, fraction of the price, and usually includes breakfast. Rates in September were around 100 euro
