Title: Dinner at in-park restaurants after park closing?
Post by: mkm1998 on August 19, 2015, 09:17:22 PM
I was wondering if anyone knew how close to closing could you book at dinner at one of the in-park restaurants? For example, at Epcot many restaurants let you book as close as 30 minutes before park closing. Yes the park would be closed well before you were done with dinner, but that meant you didn't lose the last hr or two of the park having dinner, and when you left the park would be virtually empty and prime for some amazing pictures.

My window for dinner reservations doesn't open for another month, but just curious. The parks will be closing around 7p when I'm there, and so I have no desire to eat dinner at 5p or 6p. If I could book 30 minutes before park closing, I would be interested. Otherwise, I will look outside the park for dinner.

Thank You!

The restaurants have last order times which the reservations line can tell you. If the park closes at 7 then the last order time at Walt's, for example, might be 4:30. The times are also published (in French only) at www.disneygazette.fr

we took the last reservation at Chef Remy last time, we took our time with courses and really enjoyed it. After we were finished they waited for a handful or so families to finish and join and then escorted us out of the park. It was amazing since it was light out and the park was empty, they let us stop here and there to take pictures- with no one in the background!! It was lovely and we plan to do that this trip as well.
