Title: Hotel Buffet restaurants - New York or Sequoia
Post by: haribosmum on August 10, 2015, 02:50:47 PM
we're staying in the pink hotel next Feb and I'm already thinking about food :-)  we haven't gone for the meal vouchers this visit but expect to do 2 nights in a restaurant and the other days eat in the park (we found the lasagne's etc really filling before).  We definitely want a night in Inventions and I was thinking about going back to the hotel New York for the parkside diner.  We had a couple of good meals in there before.  But I was just wondering what the Hunters Grill in Sequoia Lodge was like?  Similar meal choices?

Hunter's Grill is my favourite buffet restaurant of the resort. It has a great variety of dishes, but I guess as the price is the same as in Parkside Diner the options might as well be the same. All in all I prefer the atmosphere of the Sequoia Lodge. You'll not be disappointed.

I agree with Puffin. Personally I prefer the New York, but I love the atmosphere in the winter in the Sequoia, and the fireplace in the bar... Of the two, I think I'd go for the Hunters Grill :)

I've not eaten in the new york but friends have & they recommended the Sequoia. I have eaten in the Sequoia & it was nice.

Thanks, think will go for the Hunters Grill then :-) will be a bit different and more theming than an American diner.
