Generally when I need to book a hotel somewhere I've not been before I just open up booking.com and feed it the area and then look at ratings :)
You should be able to find something that way, or via another hotel site :)

It depends how many of you there are.  We use the Ibis chain (part of the Accor group) quite often, their rooms sleep a maximum of 3.  Or Novotel (also Accor group) sleep max 4 and more expensive.  The Louvre group includes Campanile and Kyriad hotels.  There is also a chain called B&B and also Brit hotels but we haven't used these.

A friend and I once stayed in a PremiƩre Classe hotel, that was actually pretty ok.
But like I said: do a search on a site like booking.com and look at the reviews, you're bound to find something you like that way.
