I booked through the WDTC some time ago. I have only received an email confirmation and nothing through the post. We go in August. Is this normal? Thanks.
Yes they don't post anything unless you ask. Save the environment and all that ;)
Mind you, you still have to print it yourself, so it's more "save Disney the cost of paper and ink" by letting customers print their own reservations ;)
But yes, it is normal.
However, should you still like to get confirmation paperwork in the mail, you can ring up Disney, give them your booking number and ask for them to send a confirmation by snail mail :)
