I remember back in 1999, they had a costumed character of the Phantom from Phantom Manor that would greet guests in that attraction's queue line.
Does he still make appearances there? I'm coming down to DLP soon and I'd like to get a picture with him.
No he does no longer greet people, actually this is something I have never heard of before, are you sure he was not just a normal ghost host type cast member?
No they stopped doing that. You should make a request for that at City Hall, you'll never know what happens during this celebration year...
