Hi everyone, I'm back already. :(
I'm going to write my trip report, and I'm going to start with day 1. I'll add the rest of the days later. Hope you'll enjoy reading. ;)
So me and my husband got up very early on Sunday morning. I didn't sleep a lot that night, mostly because I was worrying about our car. On our last trip, we had a lot of trouble with our car, so I was really nervous this time. I kept thinking it would break down again or something like that. We prepared some breakfast to take with us, packed the last things, said goodbye to our cats and left at 6 A.M., exactly as planned. :D
We drove until we were almost at the French border and stopped to have our breakfast, walk a little bit and go to the bathroom. But not too long, because we wanted to get to Disneyland as early as possible. We were very lucky, as the roads were almost empty, so we reached out hotel, hotel Cheyenne, at 10:30.
I got in line to check in, and we got to go to our room immediately. We were given a map of the hotel and found out our room was in one of the buildings very close to the "Rio Grande". We went to our room to freshen up, took the stuff we needed to take to the parks and decided to walk to Disneyland. The weather was great, the sun was shining, and we had never walked before. We have stayed at Santa Fe and Cheyenne before, but never knew it was this easy to walk to the parks! I must admit, after finding out what a nice, short walk it is, I'll never use that crowded, uncomfortable bus again. ;)
When we reached Disney Village, I got really excited. I had never even been to this side of the Village before, so it was like I was there for the first time. We didn't stay too long though, because we wanted to go to the park. When we got to the entrance, we took some pictures first. For me, it's something I must do, take a picture at the beautiful entrance.
Once inside, we took some time to explore Main Street and the Swing into Spring decoration. When we reached central plaza, we went to Adventureland and went to the Agrabah Café to make a reservation. We love this restaurant and we knew it would only be opened on Sunday during our visit (and only untill 4 P.M.) so we made a reservation for a late lunch.
When we were done, we walked over to Frontierland to go on Phantom Manor. Like the Agrabah Café, it would only be opened that day, and Phantom Manor is one of the things I really wouldn't like to miss. ;) The line wasn't too long, so we got on and enjoyed it as much as always.
After the ride, we took our time exploring the park and enjoying the atmosphere. Most lines were very long, but we had already expected something like that. The weather was fantastic, so I guess a lot of people went to the park that day. We didn't care, because it was only our first day and we still had two days left to go on the attractions. We did go to Adventure Isle, explore the caves.
By the time we went back to Agrabah Café, we were very hungry so we enjoyed the food and the lovely decor at the restaurant.
After lunch, we went to see Goofy's garden party. We also did the Labyrinth, walked trough the treehouse, and got on the teacups and Star Tours I think we also went on Snow White and Pinokkio, but I can't remember everything. Most people seemed to be having dinner, so the lines got a lot shorter. We did have our vouchers for a Pause Gourmande, which we used at Colonel Hathi's. We both had a magnum ice cream bar, because it was actually the right temperature for ice cream. ;)
In the evening, we found a nice spot to watch Disney Dreams. This show always amazes me! And I'm pretty short, so it was great to finally be able to see everything, without standing on my toes the whole time. ;D
When Disney Dreams was over, we walked back to Disney Village to take a look at all the shops. We didn't stay very long, as we were tired and we had to get up early the next morning, as we had decided to have our breakfast at 7 A.M. to enjoy as much time in the parks as possible.
Picture time! ;D

We did have a great spot! We were standing at Central Plaza, a little behind the flower bed (where the aristocats are right now). :)
Awesome photos, so excited to see all the spring decorations as we are visiting very soon. Looking forward to hearing about the rest of your stay. Let us know what it was like in cheyenne, we're there this time but never stayed there before!
Fab report so far, we always stay at Santa Fe or Cheyenne and have never used the bus as the walk is lovely especially if the weathers good. Cant wait to read more ;D
Lovely photos :D

Cheyenne is a great hotel. It's not luxurious of course, but if you spend most of your time at the parks, it's good enough! We have stayed at the Cheyenne some years ago too, so we knew what to expect. Our room was close to a road, so there was a little more noise than the room we had last time, but we didn't hear a lot of sounds from the other rooms. The bed was quite hard, and so were the pillows. That's the only thing we didn't like.
We chose to have breakfast at 7 A.M. and we were almost the first guests having breakfast both mornings, but a lot of people would come in pretty soon after we sat down, so if possible, I would suggest eating early to avoid the crowd. ;)
Breakfast was good. Not a lot to choose from, but enough to have a good meal.
I'll post some pictures with the next part of my report. ;)
Thanks for the tips. My little boy is usually up bright and early so we are thinking of doing breakfast at 7pm and then heading to the parks for Early Magic Hours. We are likely to be at the parks all day and just back at the hotel from early evening (7ish) , apart from the night we see Dreams and maybe buffalo bills if we decide to book. I imagine the buffet breakfast will be about the same as Santa Fe? Juice tea coffee croissants bread jam ham cheese fruit, that kind of thing?
Oops I meant 7am haha
Day 2 :D
The first morning, I woke up very early. I didn't sleep very much, because I thought the bed and pillows were way too hard. But we had planned to have breakfast at 7 A.M., so we got out of bed, got dressed and walked to the Chuck Wagon Café. We were almost the first guests there, so we took our time getting our breakfast. I really loved the croissants, and the yogurt. We took our time, and walked back to our room at 7:40 A.M. On the way to our room, we took some pictures (I discovered the little "Indian camp" and had to go into the tents. ;D). When we reached our room, we got our bags and walked back to the park.
When we got to Disney Village, we went to Starbucks first, to get some coffee. It was a little chilly outside, so we could use some coffee to warm up and wake up. ;D
We went to Disneyland first, because we would use the EMH. There were no lines, not a lot of people in the park yet, so we took some pictures, made our restaurant reservation for the night and went to Buzz Lightyear. Somehow, the ride stopped every minute or so, so we got a lot of points (and my husband won for the first time ;D). We also used the EMH to go on Peter Pan again, and on the carousel.
When the park officially opened at 10:00 A.M., we went to Frontierland to go to BTM. A lot of people went the same way, most of them tried to get in line for BTM. We didn't want to push, run, and fight for a spot in line, so we got fastpasses and went to Adventureland. We rode Indiana Jones twice, because there was no line at all and went to Pirates of the Caribbean.
Then, we decided to go to the Studios. We walked over to Crush's coaster first, but there was already a very long line, so we went to Ratatouille. There was a long line too, but we decided to ride as single riders and got in very fast. I still think it's an amazing ride. Every time I ride it, I see something new.
After riding Ratatouille, I went on RC Racer. It was the first time I ever rode it, and it was nice, but not really worth it if you have to wait for a long time to get on...
We went on the Rock & Roller coaster twice. There was no line at all, and for the first time in 3 visits, the music on the ride was working again! ;D It's just a whole different experience with the music on, and we love it so much!
We also got to see Cinémagique for the first time, and it was better than I had expected. I also went on the Tower of Terror. My husband doesn't like this one at all, but I love it. My visit wouldn't be complete without at least one ride on the Tower of Terror. ;)
We walked back to Disneyland, to go on BTM. We got on without any waiting, so that was great.
We also decided to use our vouchers for the Pause Gourmande. We sat down at Casey's Corner and we both had a donut. I also got the hot chocolate today, as it wasn't as warm outside as the day before. We stayed for a while, to rest a little bit and to decide what we were going to do next.
We used some time to walk around Adventureland and rode Pirates of the Caribbean again. We also bought two shot glasses (one with a Disneyland sign, the other from the Studios), and Nightmare before Christmas notebook, card game and clothing. I think we did some more attractions too, but at this point, my husband and I were both very hungry and pretty tired, so we walked over to the Disney Village.
We had made a reservation at Billy Bob's, but we found out it opened at 6 P.M., so we had a look around and got into the restaurant immediately after it opened. I didn't expect too much, but it turned out to be a great restaurant! The decor was nice and the food amazing. ;D We had a lot of food, as we wanted to try everything! After dinner, we didn't want to go back to the Park, as we were too tired, so we walked back to the hotel. We played some card games and used our new cards. We went to bed very early, to get ready for the next day.
And now, some more pictures! ;)

Yes, I think the breakfast will be the same. :)
We did exactly the same, have breakfast early and then go to the parks for EMH. ;)
Looks like you had such a great time and I'm amazed just how much you have managed to pack into each day. Will be looking out for the last installment of your trip. Just one more quick question, how was the noise level in billy bobs. Heard it can be loud if bands are on downstairs..
Oh yes, we did a lot. But it was our 7th trip together, so we know what we want to do and we plan a lot. But we also take some time to just wander around and enjoy ourselves. ;)
I'm not sure about the noise level at Billy Bob's... There was no band playing while we were there, but I imagine it can get pretty loud if there is...
Final part, part 3
On Monday night, we had gone to bed very early, as we were exhausted! We did both sleep a little better (we had taken the pillows from the bunk beds, as those were a little softer, and we were too tired to stay awake), but I woke up early again. We used the extra time before breakfast to pack our things and take our luggage to the car. We couldn't leave it at the luggage depot, because it wouldn't open until 7.30 A.M.. We left our room keys in the box at the reception and went to have breakfast. It was quiet again, although people seemed to be coming in a little earlier than the day before. We didn't stay too long, but walked to the parks as early as possible. It was raining a little bit, but nothing we couldn't handle. ;)
We got to the park exactly at opening time, they were just going to open the gates. When we got to the park itself, we saw Pluto at the gazebo at Main Street. There were already people waiting in line to take a picture, so I didn't want to. I'm not really into the "waiting in line to take a picture with some character", but when we saw Goofy and nobody else was waiting, I let my husband talk me into taking a picture with him. ;D
We walked to the Discovery Arcade, as we realized we almost always use the Liberty Arcade . It was nice and quiet and we took our time taking some pictures and looking at all the crazy "inventions" on display. When we got to Central Plaza, we saw Chip and Dale. There were only 2 guys taking pictures with them, so we decided to take a picture too. One of the characters was walking away with the umbrella of one of the guys in front of us, and while we stood there laughing, the other one came to me, took me by the arm, and pretended to take me away. We took some funny pictures and walked on. First time at Disneyland I took pictures with the characters and although I still don't want to wait in line for it, we had a lot of fun. ;D
We used the EMH to take some more pictures, and to go on Peter Pan and Buzz lightyear again. This time, the ride didn't stop all the time, so it was so much more fun. We also went to see the dragon again. For the first time, we were there all alone so we got to see the dragon very well! :) We also went on the Mad Hatters teacups again.
Just like the day before, we walked over to Frontierland at 10:00 A.M. to get fastpasses for BTM before walking over the the Studios. On our way we made a reservation for lunch at Plaza Gardens. We had dinner there on our last visit, but we didn't really like it then. We wanted to see if it was better this time, since it was very busy on our last visit, so we had to sit next to the door (cold!) and we had to wait very long to get anything from the buffet.
When we got to the Studios, we wanted to see if the line for Crush's Coaster was a little shorter today, but it wasn't so we skipped it. We walked over to see if we had more luck at Ratatouille, but the lines weren't even open yet, so we went to the Rock and Roller coaster again. This line was very short, so we got on immediately. Again, the music worked just fine, so we had a great ride. We went back to see if Ratatouille was open and it was, so we rode it again (used the single riders line and ended up in the same vehicle anyway :D ). Then, I wanted to go on the Towerr of Terror again. I really liked it, as always. Especially the cast member in the room where you get to see the little movie. He kept walking around and scaring people by tapping them on the back, or saying "boo". I love it when the cast members play their role so well. ;D
When I finally got out, we realized we had to go back to use our BTM fastpasses. We made it there just in time. We had to wait a little longer than the day before, but we still got on within 15 minutes.
We decided to ride the train around the park too, as we had never done that before and because we wanted to give our feet a rest.
When we had gone all the way around the park, we walked to Plaza Gardens. We stopped on our way there, because Minnie's Little Spring Train was just coming out. It didn't take long, but we liked the little train with all the characters and the beautiful colors. We went to Plaza Gardens and had a nice lunch. We had a better experience this time, so it was a good thing to try it again.
After lunch, we took some time to walk around a little bit, but at 3:)) P.M. we walked back to the Cheyenne. On our way, we brought some drinks at Starbucks and at the Cheyenne we had to go to the car and drive back home. :(
It has been a wonderful visit, so much better than our last visit. We'll definitely go back, but I'm not sure when...
And the last pictures:
