Title: How busy is the car park
Post by: loopy389 on March 09, 2015, 04:22:13 PM
We are off to Disney in 3 weeks time staying at the Cheyenne. We have been several times before and always used the shuttle bus service but this time when we go i will be 30 weeks pregnant and dont fancy having to squeeze on the bus with 3 kids, pushchair and a large baby belly so thought driving to the park everyday day might be easier. How busy is the car park to get in and out of and how long does it take to get from the car park to the park?

You can't really answer that question.
That all depends on the day, the week and the time.
Some days at some times it's waiting for an hour to even get on the car park, and sometimes it can take 2 minutes.

Im guessing with it being the start of the easter holidays it will be busy. Ill probably try the bus on the first day and see how i get on and if its just too much pushing and shoving ill try the car

Depending where you end up in the car park, you could potentially have a longer walk to the parks than if you had just walked from the Cheyenne.

As you are staying at a hotel, you can get in for Magic Hours, so the car park will be quiet early in the morning. Also we've never queued at the car ticket booth as we get there for around 8am.

The actual length of the car park is served by travellators (when they're working) so your place in the car park isn't really relevant. There is a section adjacent to Annette's Diner that is not covered by a travellator, but its probably no greater than the distance you would be walking from the bus.
