Does the Cheyenne have an email address where I can contact them to request a cot or is it just the phone number?

I have no idea about an email address but I just called reservations and requested a cot! The lady was very helpful 😊

Was the reservation line direct to the hotel or who you booked your holiday with??

I booked direct with Disney so it was their reservation line I called. You can also manage your booking online xx

No they don't do emails. Just pick up the phone.

dlp.chy.front.office@disney.com I did e-mail I got no response but I did get a tea hamper and a stitch soft you for my sons birthday..
