Title: Calling french reservations to ammend booking after booking on French site

Hi,
We head to Disney in 28 days!
I booked online through the French site but would like to call and upgrade our cabin to a premium plus. 
My French is soooo basic, has anyoen found a way to do this in English.   
I have tried to phone the UK number twice and they loose my call while trying to find the right department!

Hi, did you have any luck? I have also booked through the French site (going in August) because they were doing free for under 12s and my three are all over 7 so we saved enough compared with the UK site to add on a plus dining plan. I've heard that you can call French central reservations & they can help :-)
