The official press release came out today.
* The season will run from March 1st until May 31st 2015.
* Thumper and Miss Bunny will do meet 'n greets together. This will be their first time doing meets at DLP.
* Rapunzel will do meet 'n greets just like last year.
* Merida will do meet 'n greets, but only on restricted days.
* The "Welcome To Spring" show will return, but with a small adaption; the Mary Poppins characters will be added.
* The previous Character Express/Minnie's Party Train/Disney Dance Express etc train will return. This time under the name "Le petit train du Printemps de Minnie", and will host Minnie and friends! White Rabbit, Thumper and Miss Bunny will be on the train.
* The "Spring Promenade" from last year will disappear, it will be replaced by "Goofy's Garden Party". However "Goofy's Garden Party" is basically an adaption of "Spring Promenade". The same amount of dancers will be present, just as the cars of Donald & Dais and Mickey & Minnie. Also many other characters will be present.

2 small shows and 3 characters.
Christmas is a parade, a show, tree lighting, dreams of Christmas and 5 characters.
So no, there's not more for Spring.
I'M SO HAPPY THAT I FINALLY GET TO MEET RAPUNZEL! I'LL BE THERE FROM THE 23RD MARCH!!!!!!!!! I'VE BEEN TRYING TO MEET HER SINCE 2012 WITH NO LUCK!!!!! AHHHHHH!!!!
Hurrah stormflm595, thank you for directing me here! I can't believe Thumper will be there!!!!! Im so excited! We were lucky enough to meet Rapunzel last year at Caseys corner... it was total luck as it was the soft opening for Spring into Spring which was due to start officially the day after we left!
You are there the same time as us this year, I will keep my fingers crossed for you to meet her. My children specifically want spider man and the frozen characters/merida. We are there for 7 days so even if it is selected days we should manage it I hope!!!!
Thank you for your help! :D

Feeling guilty right now, as we once bumped into Rapunzel & Flynn in the DH foyer... We had autographs and photos, and didn't have to queue at her meet & greet stand ::)
Soz.... :)
Sullys Arms, although we met Rapunzel before, Rapunzel AND Flynn would be amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Super lucky you managed that! :o ;D

Oh wow that is lucky! I went during the later summer time and was hoping that they would have extended Rapunzels meet and greet during the Summer too as she's so popular but no luck! I went to the Pavilion to try my luck and we got Snow White which I was over the mood about because she was amazing but when we came out to the photos area Rapunzel was the other princess on that rota...I'm not ashamed to admit that I cried haha!
Ooh perhaps we will bump into one another without even knowing! Have you ever been at that time of year? I'm hoping it will be a little quieter as it is the week before UK Easter holidays start and France, Germany and Spain are not on holidays apparently. I hope you guys get to meet who you want!! I'm hoping Anna and Elsa will be there too though I don't know if I would queue after seeing the amount of time people have done over the Christmas period. 4 hours for some!! But if they're moved to Frontierland like rumours suggest, it might be quieter and we'll be in luck!
No problem! =D

Please make sure that you explain to your kids that they won't meet Anna & Elsa before you go!
The day after tomorrow will be their last meet 'n greet day. After that it's back on the parade and no meets.
Wouldn't want your children to be disappointed!

Unfortunately an unreliable source stated this rumour and everyone else just took it over without checking it.
They WON'T be moved to Woody's Roundup in Frontierland.
The day after tomorrow, when the Christmas season finishes, they'll stop doing meets.
They will just going back on the parade and nothing else.
Is there ever anything extra going on in September? I know there's the usual magic on parade, dreams, etc, but I'm meaning an extra greets or anything? We plan to go in September but I'm so so sooooo tempted by thumper and I loved the extra swing in to spring parade (or whatever the correct designation is) that there was last year, although last year I think it ran a little later? We went in June

That's a shame. Disney Paris are really missing out on such an opportunity. Frozen fever is still going on and the chance for people to meet Anna and Elsa seems like something the park shouldn't stop once the Christmas season finishes.

polarvixen, I've been in September twice. For me it has only been the standard summer celebrations with Dreams and Magic on Parade. They may do something else for it this year or they may not. The pro's for September are definitely longer park hours and warmer weather but the crowds can still be quite large, particularly at the start of the month. maybe make a list of attractions you really want to do, check for March/April/May closures when they become available if you book a little later so you can make a desicion on when the best time of year would be to go? I know for sure that Space Mountain will be closed from this month to June (timeline may be a little off but this is what i remember reading) and Phantom Manor closed towards end of March.
Sounds like this year's Spring festival will be as good as last years. Love the addition of Thumper meet and greet.

I also think there will be more for Spring then for Christmas Season
For spring there will be:
- Goofy's garden party (probably 3 or 4 times a day)
- Welcome to Spring (probably 5 times a day)
- Minnies Party train (a few times a day)
- Meet and greets: Rapunzel, Merida, Thumper and Miss Bunny, Princess Pavillion and probably Minnie at the boarding house
- Magic on Parade
- Disney Dreams
I've never been at this time of year! We're visiting 20-24 may :)
Can't believe we can meet thumper and miss bunny I'm really excited now lol. Wonder how busy it will be?!
The official press release is here!
QuoteDisneyland Paris will celebrate Spring from 1 March 2015 until 31 May 2015
For the second consecutive year, after a first successful edition, Disneyland® Paris is to launch a colourful Spring festival, providing the opportunity to celebrate flower power and awaken guests' senses. Get ready for new musical shows, even more flower-filled scenery and Disney Characters all wearing their most beautiful Spring costumes specially made by the Disneyland Paris Sewing Workshop.
The scene will be set from the Disneyland Park entrance with the first show entitled "Welcome to Spring", specially orchestrated by the residents of Main Street, U.S.A.® and Disney Characters. Guests will be immersed in a Spring universe where butterflies, flowers, topiaries and music are sure to submerge them in the magic of Spring.
New: "Goofy's Garden Party" will be the big must-see event. The Disney Characters parade before guests' very eyes in a celebration of nature with lively music and blooming flowers. Goofy, surrounded by his assistant gardeners and playing the perfect Host, will set the pace swinging and present his all-new creations: magnificent topiaries that guests will love. A perfect moment that's guaranteed to brush away the cobwebs with Mickey and Minnie, Donald and Daisy, Chip and Dale, but also Alice, Pinocchio, Clarabelle Cow and many others.
New: Want to celebrate Easter early? "Minnie's Little Spring Train" will make guests smile. On board the little train, Minnie and her friends, accompanied by the White Rabbit (Alice in Wonderland), Thumper, Miss Bunny (Bambi) and others, will parade in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle for all to enjoy!
New: For the first time at Disneyland Paris, nature lovers and Bambi fans will be able to meet Thumper the rabbit and his girlfriend Miss Bunny and pose for pictures with them in a romantic, flowery setting.
Rapunzel, the Disney Princess who receives the healing powers of a magical flower, will be at Disneyland Park to welcome guests with a colourful springtime greeting. It's an occasion for smiling happily and sharing unforgettable moments.
Dreamers of all ages will rediscover their favourite Disney heroes in surroundings that are more flowery than ever before. Specially for Spring, Central Plaza will be transformed into an enchanted garden with magnificent topiaries in the shape of the 101 Dalmatians, Simba and Nala (The Lion King), the Aristocats, and Bambi and his friends. Amazing works created by artists from the park's Nature and Environment department. Their mission is to immerse guests in a life-size dream world. Many other iconic places will be transformed into real flower theatres.
Indeed, if Disneyland Paris were a garden, it would be the largest in Europe, with no fewer than
35,000 trees, 450,000 bushes and more than a million flowers planted each year. This was all it took to inspire Disneyland Park to offer a new sensory experience for Spring featuring floral and musical transformation.

20th, 21st should be nice and quiet i think. We were there around that time last year and queues were 5-15 minutes. Round three times on POTC! Expect 23rd and 24th to be very busy as its Pentacost (whit) weekend in France. We arrive late bank holiday Monday! Enjoy!
We are (planning on) going March 8th. We didn't plan for Swing into Spring, but after reading this I'm really curious to see what it's going to be. :D
* Welcome to Spring with the Jolly Holiday Band on Town Square with 7 musicians (6 sets of 20minutes)
* Meet everyday Thumper & Miss Bunny at Casey's Corner, Minnie at Boarding House and Rapunzel at Fantasyland.
* New decorations for the Minnie's Little Spring Train with some rabbits and eggs.
* Some new decorations on the Main Street Station and on 15 lampposts of Main Street, U.S.A.
* New music from US for the Goofy's Garden Party, with 64 dancers, 2 cars and 6 push units.
* Same decoration as last year on Castle Stage, for Welcome to Spring with Mary Poppins, Bert, 4 pinguins and some dancers.
* New decorations inside the Disneyland Hotel (lobby and Restaurant Inventions) and at Disney Village.

Russell is not going to be there this year.
He was the "special" character meet of last year.
This year's "special" character meet is the one with Thumper and Miss Bunny.
I'm going to miss the Spring Fever song from last year's promenade. The whole soundtrack was great but maybe they will use it for the Mary Poppins show as it was full of Mary Poppins songs. So the Mary Poppins show will be on Castle Stage now instead of Town Square? I thought it was going to be merging with the Welcome to Spring show they did in town square last year.
Fingers crossed they may use Spring Fever for Minnie's Spring Train.
I can't wait to see the new shows though. It sounds like Goofy's Garden party will be even better then last years.
Video of Swing Into Spring 2015, including a sneak peek of the new merchandise that's coming out soon!
The music at the end is used in TDL's Easter Parade.
According to DLRP Express it's a hint to new music for Goofy's Garden Party, Welcome To Spring and Le petit train du Printemps de Minnie.
There will be a range of merchandise (which contains pins, plushies, mugs and more).
The plushies will be of Mickey and Minnie, and it will be the same ones as the pins.
These are simular to the Mickey and Minnie dressed as Mary Poppins and Bert plushies that were released a while ago.

Beyond what's on the site (which I imagine isn't much at this time, but it's worth a look) nothing is confirmed for summer.
Alternatively, you could go to the site, look up the phone number to reach DLP for your country, give them a ring and ask :) Maybe someone working there not only knows a little more, but is willing to share the info ^^

This has already been confirmed, Frozen Summer.
* A sing-a-long show in Chaparral Theatre.
* A re-theming of Woody's Roundup to Frozen (with possibly M&G with Anna/Elsa, though this is unconfirmed)
* New Frozen merchandise
* Frozen snacks at different locations
* Anna and Elsa in the daily Disney Magic On Parade
There's also rumours about a Frozen scene in Disney Dreams for the Summer.
This could explain why the Christmas lights haven't been removed from the Castle yet.

Actually there is, Frozen Summer ;)
This was announced during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting.
I would have thought they'd have put Frozen Summer on the site by now.
Thank you. Cant wait!

The daily Disney Magic on Parade isn't mentioned, because it isn't part of the special festivities.
That's why Disney Dreams was also not included in this list.
The shows mentioned above are the special entertainment for this season.
Disney Magic on Parade is daily at 17.30 and Disney Dreams is daily at closing time of the park.
Brilliant, thank you.

Rapunzel will be at Fantasyland, at the same location as she was for Christmas.
There's lots of confusion about Merida so far.
Nothing has officially been announced about her yet.
One person says she won't be there, another person says she'll do daily meets at the Pavillion.
We'll have to wait 5 more days, until the season starts, to figure out what is actually happening with Merida.
We're visiting 20-24 may (never been in may before) so excited now!
Fab pictures :)
One question, not sure if anyone will know but if miss bunny/thumper are doing meet and greets will my son be able to have a photo at the location at caseys corner as its up steps.... :( or do they do it on the ground level? Every time we don't get a pic here as its up the steps and I don't want to be a nuisance lol so never ask the CMs. Reason I ask is because he's a wheelchair user and cannot stand/walk at all, just realised I didn't specify why he can't go up steps!
If it is the same as last years meet there in front of the heart topiary then that is on the flat land in front of the stairs.
They indeed meet on leveled ground.

So what does everyone think of the two new shows for Swing Into Swing, Goofy's Garden Party and Welcome to Spring.
I'm very disappointed with Goofy's Garden party. After last year's successful Central Plaza show this is very poor in comparison. Everything good about last year they have ripped out of it and the soundtrack isn't great. I like the new song but you can't have a whole show based on that one song. It has so much potential but DLP haven't pulled it out the bag. It needs more movement and you want to see all the characters not just the ones that are in your area where you choose to stand. Hopefully if it is back next year it will be much improved!
However I adore Welcome To Spring. It's a cool show using the castle stage for what it was designed for. Yes it may be a reversion of last year's Central Plaza but ignoring that and treating it as a new show it is great. The dancers have great energy and the choreography is great. It draws you in and entertains you for that 10 minutes. It's a good set of characters to base the show on Mary Poppins and Bert.
The Let's go fly a kite sequence is sublime. A show I wish they would keep on all year round but that would be a dream.
