Times are between Monday and Saturday, it's entirely closed on Sunday.

The restaurants, Sealife centre a d the designer village are open on Sunday's . The main bit is also open Sunday's in December .

Not according to the official Val d'Europe website ;)
It even says specifically "OUVERTURE EXCEPTIONNELLE LE DIMANCHE 7 DÉCEMBRE".
It's open on Sunday the 7th of December, but normally closed on Sundays.
Goes for the restaurants and Sealife too.
Only La Villée Village (the designer outlet) is open on Sundays.
