I've done the RER From Gare du Nord to Chessy, Marne-La-Vallée twice now (once in sep-2012 and sep-2014).
It's not particularly expensive (just grab a "billet Ile-de-France"), they're €7,50 per person for one-way.
This site explains the trip in more detail: http://parisbytrain.com/rer-train-paris-to-euro-disney/ (http://parisbytrain.com/rer-train-paris-to-euro-disney/)

The journey is about an hour, depending on where in Paris you're getting onto the RER Line A. ;)
If you're arriving at Gare du Nord by Eurostar, it's easiest to take the RER B to Châtelet-Les Halles and get on the RER A at that station in the direction of Marne-La-Vallée, Chessy. Disney is the final stop on that line.
