Hi all I have a trip booked for four night 2 December. I would really like a little something in the room for my four year old. It's also my birthday whilst there. Any ideas. I'm staying in the New York. Thanks

Does anyone know how to contact the new york to ask if it is possible to get a present in the room before we go. Thanks

You can send an e-mail to the HNY front desk to inquire about it, or call Guest Relations and have them patch you through.

I've seen the e-mail address posted somewhere on these forums, if I find it, I'll post it here. ;)

i went for my birthday 2 years ago - i sent an email and when we checked in there wasnt anything there but when i mentioned it at check in after we left the room for dinner when we came back there were balloons a bottle of water and a cuddly thumper so you never know
