I always listen to it through Radionomy, and it's not working there also.
So it seems like it's down indeed.
Dug a little deeper and it's actually to do with no RRS being found, strange...

Is it like a normal radio station or does it have a heavy Disney bias with the music? Might have a listen as we run up to our next trip there, just to get in the mood
Well it plays the latest tunes from what I can remember. Not sure if there was any Disney songs in it, usually pop and such.
