Sorry to raise hope of an answer by responding, I have no idea either but just noting down this thread for if/when someone responds as I need it too! We'll be going from 19th-25 Dec and have never been at Christmas before, always good to know the schedules.
I posted a load of Questions about this years Christmas in another thread a few weeks ago. Another forum user kindly commented with copies of a previous year's schedules to give me an idea of what will be happening when. I'd imagine the schedules stay pretty similar from year to year. So this might help you make a list of what you want to do, and then when the programme comes out you can figure out times.
As for the release from Disney about Christmas, considering they released halloween stuff a week or so ago, I would expect to know about Christmas towards the end of September/beginning of October.
