We'll be in dlp starting the 24th September and according to the calender WDS is open late 21.30-23.00. It also has extra magical hours 10.00-18.00. Anyone any ideas what's happening?

That is odd indeed, the park basically is closed for everyone except hotel guests and annual pass holders with a setup like that. Not a clue what's going on there. :)

Disneyland Park > 10:00-20:30
Disneyland Park Emh > 08:00-10:00
Walt Disney Studios > 10:00-18:00
