Hi all! It will be my friend's birthday while we are at Disneyland (in 9 sleeps!) ;D
I have heard you can go to City Hall and receive a badge and a phone call from Mickey, this would make her life! I was wondering if you have to do anything prior to going to City Hall or can we just show up? Many thanks!
You only have to go in and tell that it is your friend's birthday! Nothing else. And they will give you the birthday sticker and the phone call. They even don't ask for a proof of the birthday.
