Just a thought, we had annual passports that lapsed last year.

Would it be better to just renew them than start the process from scratch?

If it has lapsed the I don't think you would be able to renew anyway. Take your lapsed ticket with you as it will mean they will have all your details which should speed up the process.

so pay at the gate and then just produce the lapsed passes at the Bureau Passeport Annuel so the process is quicker?
