Just got an email confirming that there will be soft openings for Ratatouille for members of the shareholders club! No date yet but good news that we can have a sneak preview!

The information was in an E letter no20 received by me on 06/05, if you don't get these from the shareholders club I would contact them as possible because they say in the Eletter that the invitations will be emailed to all shareholders.

Ferry booked. Breakfast in Hotel New York, followed by Studios at 9.30 / 10.00.

We've received a confirmation email for the shareholders preview, or at least I think it is, it also has a voucher for the car park (discount price of 7 EUR for shareholders), but it doesn't say anything about where to go or what to do to get our access to the ride... Has anyone received anything else?

We've received the same - emails in French, then a while later the same emails in English.
I seem to remember something said to go to the Studios at 9.30 for registration and wristband pickup.
I'm not sure if we're allocated timeslots like the AP holders or whether we can try and ride all day.
Does "exclusive" mean just Shareholders, or does it mean AP holders will be riding at the same time?
I wonder how busy it will be?
It should be shareholders only, the AP previews are from 15:00. So I'm hoping to be able to do many rides and eat at the restaurant! Hope it's not too busy.... And that we can get there early enough, we have a 3 hour drive from home!
In any case I don't think it's full, I only booked on Friday and got in, and the deadline was Saturday....
Does anyone know until what time you can arrive to collect the bracelets to get in for the preview?
The original application email said that we would receive confirmation by post.
I'm not sure if any of the emails we've received constitute this confirmation or if we'll be reciving something else. I would hope that we'll be receiving better instructions than we've had so far.
Two hour drive to the boat, then three hour drive to the park. This is a great excuse for a sneaky DLP top up!
The last email they sent, with the voucher for the car park, seems to be a confirmation, but as you say it's very poor in details, so I hope something else follows....

I sent them an email and they said we can go for registration up to 12:30, in the WDS park entrance.

Gutted to miss this. Claimed two places but my other half doesn't finish work til 10 the night before and we would have to get to Heathrow. Flight at 6am (French air traffic control strikes permitting) and then a mad rush to the parks for a few hours there before coming home same day. And when you factor in various trains, transfers and so forth all this at almost the same cost as 4 nights in November! So with a heavy heart I will be passing up on this opportunity... And looking at November dates as we speak!
Hope everyone who does go really enjoys the experience and I'm crossing my fingers for great weather for you all.

Boat out at around 11pm Friday, back at around 8pm Saturday - £30.
3 hour drive to DLP (will stop somewhere and sleep in the car).
And I thought our 3 hour drive was bad... Unfortunately we need to go there and back on the same day, so if we manage to leave early enough we'll have a 3 hour drive from Luxembourg to DLP, then about 3 hours in the park, and then another 3 hour drive back home...
So I'm hoping to get lots of Ratatouille rides!! And of course lunch in the restaurant... :D

Neither of us drive sadly. Have explored all available options I feel! I would love to do this as it would be a great VIP perk of being a shareholder but it just doesn't look like it's viable. Never mind!
We hope to get to DLP in time for breakfast and then registration at 9.30, with entry to the park at 10.
We'll probably be leaving the park at around 4,00 so that we can get back to Calais in time for a bite to eat and a look in a hypermarket. Our boat is 9.45pm.
We've no idea how busy the park will be, but hopefully we'll get to ride enough to make the day worthwhile.

Yesterday (July 17th) we received, by post our letter of confirmation of registration for the event on June 28th!
Me too! ;) Why the do not send these by e-mail I just do not understand. :-\
