Hi,
I was just planning our plan of action for our first trip to Disney and was wondering whether it is possible to get the fast pass in the magic hours? E.g. could we pick up a fast pass for Buzz for later and then go on Dumbo? Or do the fast pass machines only come into action at the main opening time?

no, the fast pass machines are always covered and not in use during EMH. They open the fast pass machines at whatever time the park opens to the general public
