You can get a special make-up (that's not the right word I guess) at Castle Courtyard in Fantasyland.
And they have this "Princes for a day"-thing at Disneyland Hotel - but I am not sure if they offer this every day, maybe call the Disneyland Hotel and ask for conditions.
