Title: Count down begins
Post by: andlorna on February 09, 2014, 01:20:32 PM
How excited am I  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D  only 7 day's till we leave to go to Disneyland Paris. Finally we can let the secret out of the bag and let the kid's know we are going. It's been hard keeping it a surprise since we booked last July.
We have been many times before so this year we are going to try and see if there is anything that we haven't done. We have never seen the Descent of the Stairs so plan to do this on the Thursday. Is there anything else that people can think of that is a bit different to do..........

Have a great trip!
Can`t think of anything that changed so  much! Well maybe the queues at random meet n`greets. They are supposed to be better handeled.
Can you report back first hand about that?

Finding the treasure in adventure isle is good fun, but stick together if you have little ones, our party took an hour to find each other!  ALso go up the tree house!  We've been four times, and that's the one thing we've not managed yet!

The meet and greets were very well handled when we were there last week. There was only 1 scrum really and that was when Alice and the Mad Hatter were walking through the park en route. All the other meet and greets had very organised lines and those that did try to push in got told very firmly to join the end of the line :)

They were on their way somewhere I think as they were also with Peter Pan and Wendy. They stopped just in front of the tea cups. Peter and Wendy would only stop for a quick piccie but Mad Hatter and Alice did stop for a few autographs- prob why there was a bit of a scrum for them as it wasn't an official meet and greet.
