As a business consultant I'm preparing 2 (study)visits to Disneyland Paris. The goal of the visit is to explore the way Disney succeed in offering guests delightness experiences. Therefore we would like to speak with (a) manager(s) who is/are reponsible for customer experiences (f;i. quality department or an operational manager). It would also be nice if we could be informed about boach-office processes...
We plan our trip for the first group the 24of March and the 25th.
