Title: what time to book Plaza Gardens if seeing the parade?
Post by: Gemma W on January 20, 2014, 07:28:14 PM
Hi trying to plan meal times as we have 2 little ones whoa re used to eating quite early on and I wondered what time we could book for Plaza Gardens if we wanted to see the Parade? Does the parade start on Main St or finish at Main St? Would a half 5 reservation give us enough time? xx

Finishes on Main Street, may be a tad tight depending on when the parade run is.

Ah ok thanks Trekkie101! If we book at 6 do you think we would be done by 7 in time for Dreams? xx

Depends on how quick you eat? It's all sitting there in a big buffet in Plaza Gardens.

We ate here for lunch during our last stay and the length of meal is completely dependent on you. The food is all prepared and out on the buffet so as soon as you take your seat you can go straight up to the buffet and start loading your plates! (The desserts are wonderful so leave room!) You pay or present your meal plan vouchers before you are seated so there's no hanging around for a bill. If you plan on being in there for an hour you may find you take even less time than this due to everything being readily available.

Fab thanks both! With a 4 yr old and a 22 month old an hour will be fine I think or we will have the 2 of them running around the restaurant! Great that all the paying up etc happens at the beginning so we don't have to hang around! Just want to make sure we get everything in! xx

Can you buy some wine to make up the value of a premium voucher or would say 3 of our 4 vouchers cover it.  What time would the last reservation be if the park closes at 8.
